Healthy Eating Challenge Round 4 - Day 4

Hello everyone!

Very late post today, and it's already #HealthyDayComplete!

I've been up since before dawn, spent all day out (lots of walking was involved, of course) and I've been back home for the last couple of hours (time enough to fit a 30 minutes' work-out and have dinner). Seriously, I'm wiped out. If anyone has advice on how to keep tiredness at bay, feel free to share! I'm trying anything that isn't coffee (I hate that stuff...), and I'm sleeping every night for the recommended eight hours. Still, I fall asleep at the drop of a hat these days, usually in the middle of the day...

Now, quick overview of my menu today: tuna sandwich packed with salad for lunch and roasted chicken with more salad for dinner. Plenty of fresh fruit, some walnuts, yoghurt and crackers for snacks during the day.

All in all, I had a very productive day. Now, I'm off to my well-deserved night's rest.
