Hi everyone!
This is my second month doing FB Strong and I love it!
Recently I started experiencing a burning pain in my heel when i do squats or generally stretch my calf with my weight on it.
I’m trying to be careful when excercising but I’m worried I might make it worse. Any suggestions?
