HKS Accountability Group April 17

Good morning!

Today I decided I need to slow things down a bit. I'm feeling hyper-stressed with life... I feel like, just as we need to listen to our bodies and make adjustments to improve our workouts, I also need to take this same approach with my life. I need to really evaluate what I'm doing, fix things, create good habits and move forward. Health and fitness are a marathon and not a sprint.

Today, I decided to start the 3-day flexibility program. In the description, Kelli says day one is a great workout when you just don't feel like you're motivated, and she was right. I am so happy I did this one today, I really needed it. I put on some calming background music and it was the nicest 30 minutes in a long time.
