I joined FB on February 21st and began doing the 10 minute no-equipment cardio workout. So far I have done this 31 times, and now feel ready to extend my workout times a bit. I'm taking it slowly as I'm aged 55 and have a dodgy knee, high blood pressure and am obese - but just doing this I've lost four lbs. :)
I'd just like to say thank you for this website and for the work which no doubt goes into maintaining it.
