I've been sick the last week, and I felt like I had a cold dropping in on top of what I already had when I woke up today. I ate, drank my water, and worked out anyway. I personally don't allow anything not injury related to stop me, just how I am. Stubborn and probably too confident in my abilities.
Four rounds of boxing and cardio. Double jab/straight right build combo, followed by the same on the opposite side. Thirty seconds of jump rope, and thirty seconds of split lunges into front knees, alternating. All in all around 11 minutes of constant work, then I remembered I had to do something else before it was too late. So I'm going to finish out another ten minutes a little later today with a new set of moves.
