Week 5 FB Fit Round 2 check in

A few days behind but that's okay! Today I did one of my favorite upper body workouts. Is the tabata style with only twelve exercises that's just shy of an hour long. I love doing this one right before a rest day or two, because I know I'm going to be sore! I'm skipping around a bit to avoid two lower body sessions back to back. So glad I am halfway through the program and glad I finally decided to try it!!!!
