Muscle Soreness

Just completed day 16 of FB Fit program. So far, this is my favorite program! In addition to this program, I also mountain bike 1 to 2 times a week and will be increasing this as I begin racing next month. My husband told me last night there is an obvious increase of fitness in my body. Hooray!

Muscle soreness has increased lately.. I feel it lingering around longer than it used to. Does anyone happen to know why that is?

I would love to hear what are some ways to help soreness resolve quicker. I have found that epsom salt baths do help some. Any other tricks to move that lactic acid out of the way?
