I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. I just wanted to do a quick check in and let you know I am still moving through FB Strong. I have to be honest I am a bit more sore than I though I would be. When I first decided to do this program I though to myself "how different can this be from the way I normally workout" well the answer is apparently "enough to make me more sore and more tired then usual". Ha.
That works for me and it has reminded me that I need to change up my exercises and training style a bit more frequently. Creature of habit iI guess.
Do you ever find yourself going back to the same routines a bit too frequently? Do you notice a difference in your level of soreness after trying something new/different?
