Today I started FB Sweat and completed the PFT for the first time in a while. I finished FB Fit last September and that was the last time I did it. I haven't been able to do a programme since because I'm constantly moving around between my university house, home and my boyfriend's so it's difficult for me in terms of where my weights are etc. But I've been choosing my own videos.
So anyway... since I did the PFT at the end of FB Fit last year I have...
Shaved 32 seconds off my mile run
Added 14 seconds onto my plank time
Increased my squat by using weights
I'm so excited to see if I can improve this even further now I can finally follow a programme :)
