There was someone about a week ago asking about a good way to build time into a program to add yoga or shifting days of a program to add yoga.
I was noticing with my current program, Mass, that the planned workouts in the program tend to be a bit shorter than the other three programs I have. I have been able to pick a couple days a week where a good 20 minutes of yoga fits nicely while still keeping up the scheduled program and not having to shift days around. Also, to do a longer yoga practice, last week I swapped out the optional flexibility day and do my own yoga thing. I'll probably continue that through the rest of the program.
Anyway, if you happen to see this and you like doing strength training, Mass might be a good option for incorporating your yoga practice.
