So I’ve been thinking / wondering about lifting “heavy”. I usually push myself to lift as heavy as possible, but I wonder... am I sacrificing form? I bet I would have a wider range of movement and squeeze harder if I lifted even 3lbs lighter. Have any of you experimented with it? Does squeezing more with a little less weight give better results?? I’m starting booty R2 and flex tomorrow. I think I’m going to do an experiment with finding “my” weight. Not the most I can lift, but the most I can get out of it. I’m getting older and sometimes I think I may be hurting myself trying to always “outdo” my last workout. Do I always need to get better? Can’t I just enjoy the workouts more and focus on life and enjoy those endorphins?? Lol. Give me your thoughts FB family!
