I'm new to this site and I want to get the most from it. I'm also not one who does much for exercise lately and am in need of some help. I want to keep on track, so I will take full advantage of the Calendar, but my question is ... WHAT should I be doing? I want to focus on my whole body, but mainly my stomach and thighs, how would I go about planning out my week? What should I be doing? Repetitive trainings like Monday Wednesday Friday have a 45 minute set that is the same and then Tuesday Thursday and Saturday have another set that focuses on the opposite problem area ?? Or .... HELP someone please, I'm so lost with this!
