Hey everyone! So I am just curious, at what point in my day should I be working out? I have been using Fitness Blender programs for 16 weeks now, and it is always the first thing I do when I get up in the mornings, meaning I am working out on an empty stomach. Is this safe for me to do? Because my internet research seems to suggest otherwise... Do you think I should instead eat breakfast first, wait an hour for the food to settle, and then workout? Or what do you think? Thanks!
