Quick Check in/Accountability :)

Hey guys! I just finished day 12 of fb burn. Man todays workout kicked my butt (and back and legs - whew deadlifts and squats!) But im proud of myself for sticking with the program! Going from zero to 5 workouts a week has been tough - so hope you guys dont mind as i lean on you all to keep myself accountable. I think ill try to post a reflection each friday! Is anyone else enjoy the burn program? Noticing results? My weight is acctually increasing rather than going down - im telling myself its muscle. But on the other hand i think i feel better than i did 2 weeks ago! And im starting to see my muscles peeking out - my abs and biceps might just make an appearance if i keep it up :P I recently got lasik and am not allowed to go back to playing sports for a few weeks - but im hoping the cardio workouts will help get my lungs ready by the time my eyes are 😊 We got this guys 💪🏻 Excited to get strong with you all 🌟
