Hi All! I am very excited to have completed week 6! I am feeling energized, motivated, and more lively. My legs don't seem to be sore as long after workouts as they were in the beginning. Next week we have another 1000 calorie workout day... I am a little worried because I have to work 12 hours that day as well, but I will fight through it. I still struggle with the self care/work/and family care life balance, if there is such a thing as balance. :-) I hope you are all doing great!
