A Little Friday Motivation

Starting into a workout routine can be very intimidating. There are seemingly so many things to consider. What exercises should I do? What equipment do I need? How long should I work out? How much will it cost? What if I am doing something wrong?

Our advice? Don’t overthink it, just start!

Once you realize (or remember) how great exercise makes you feel, you’ll wonder how you lived without it.
