Custard pie with leek and bacon

My wife and I like to make an easy custard pie from time to time when we are in the mood for something sweet. Recently we tried to reduce the sugar, which made it taste a bit too sour. We then thought to ourseves: With this sour taste, it would make a nice, solid lunch! Tried it today for the first time and it was really yummy and satiating, while containing less than 800 calories per person and quite alot of protein. We both agreed to add it to our regular lunch rotation. :)
