ah, yeah--no. Weather here has changed slightly....last friday was 70F and today highs in the 30F's with 40mph winds....arthritic joints not having any fun. So, did find a time when my "muscles arent screaming"--when my knees are painful enough that I cant push into that point for my muscles. Still sweating and got through it. Not on my "favorites" button though...It IS friday, It Is casual dress day at work. It is still a good day.🌤🌅
