Falafel and Greek salad!

Tried a falafel recipe https://naturallyella.com/quinoa-falafel/

because I have a ton of chickpeas on hand. I really enjoyed these, used the baking method and left out the quinoa ( didn’t have any cooked and my husband hates it haha). I used 4 cloves of garlic which made them a little spicy, but otherwise super delicious and easy to put together, plus only 50 calories each!

Anyone else trying any new recipes?
