#WorkoutComplete!! 💪 Strong and Lean - Day 2

Heyyyy, fellow blenders!!

How has your day been!??

Did you workout today!? Or are you resting?

For me, it was day 2 of the Strong and Lean Challenge! 💪 And, I am proud to say: Workout Complete!

Anyone else has sweaty knees? 😅

I did great today too! I use heavier weight for the overhead press, the close chest press and the close row!

Also, I did all the cardio high impact. Though, the cardio is not that much, I did it! 💪 And, at the burnout round, I did it too!

I just had to modify the Mt. Climbers for some seconds before going back to the high impact.

I feel great! I think I have more endurance than times before! So, I am happy about it! 💪
