Day 5 and 6 Check In (hitting some road blocks)

Hello everyone,

Sorry for the delay with my check in but there is a good reason. First (the good reason) I am late because I filmed a new workout for you guys but did not want to miss a workout day so I pushed my next program day out a bit; yay. Secondly, (and not so good) I got sick and had to push it out even more; boooo. But I am feeling better now and am back on track. If all goes well I will be doing Day 8 (a.k.a. day one of week two) tomorrow.

I was really hoping that I could go straight though the program without any unscheduled breaks but hey, life happens. The best you can do is not beat yourself up about it and just get back to it; and that is exactly what I am doing.

How is everyone else doing on their respective programs? Have you had to deal with any unexpected setbacks and how have you handled them?
