Hitting my daily macronutrient needs before hitting calorie goal?

Hey everyone,

So I used an online calculator to try and calculate my daily calorie and macronutrient needs. It came out to:

2030 calories, 288 grams of carbs, 92 grams of protein, and 52 grams of fat.

I have been tracking everything super closely for over a month now to get an idea of what my body needs. I have found that I hit all of my macronutrient needs at about 1870 calories, rather than 2030. So which should I shoot for: Eating more macros to get to that calorie goal, or does the amount of calories matter as long as I'm getting the right proportion of macros? Thanks!
