Recipes!

I usually have everything together so to speak, and I have many or all the ingredients needed for whatever healthy meal Needed. Most of the time. But As we all know, many ingredients used for clean food go bad after a couple of days. So it’s kind of frustrating to go to the store every couple of days. What are some ideas that you guys have? One of my favorite proteins is salmon. Of course right now, I don’t have any. Ha ha
