Join me for a 6 week challenge!

I have been slacking for the past month or so and I decided I wanted to get back on track, my motivation will be this challenge that I'll do and you are more than welcome to join me! You can ofcourse set your own goals but here I have listed mine!

No candy/chips

Drinking 1,5 liters of water everyday

Exercising 3 times a week

Trying to stick to intermittent fasting (it helps my digestion)

Getting enough sleep

Walking 8000 steps a day or so :)

Might do weekly updates if you like!
