Flexibility improved

I did a proper PFT on 12th Feb 2019 and never got around to do it again in March, even though I was active. Then I started FBBlend and completed last week. So I decided to do the simple Sit and Reach after the workout today. Guess what?

I could reach 2.5cm further. Before -13cm | After -10.5cm. Non scale result is that I can now do Downward Dog with heels on the mat.

Finally all those stretching workouts are showing me results I didn't expect.
