How to eat on vacation?

Hey guys!

I've never actually written here before but I've been part of the community for a while now, so let me just start by saying that this is the most supporting community I know and wow it's just full of motivation for whenever I don't feel like working out, it's amazing!

I was hoping you guys could give me some tips on how you eat on vacation?

I haven't yet reached my goal of regularly eating whole food with the occasional "cheat meal", but I've made a sufficient progress and I was feeling like I'm on the right path.

Now that I'm on vacation though, I cannot stop myself from eating all kinds of unhealthy foods - from small snacks to big meals. I haven't stopped on my exercising but I'm afraid this kind of eating is going to destroy my progress.

Do you guys have any recommendations as to what and how to eat on vacation? I'm clueless really so any advice would help!
