#WorkoutComplete! Strong and Lean - Day 1 💪

How has your wednesday been?

Did you workout today already or are you going to do it later or are you resting?

Remember to do, whatever you do, for passion and for your well being! If your need to relax, just relax, if you want and can workout then do it too!

But, always, always, listening to your body!

My day has been great! 😊 Hope yours too!

As some of you know, I started the Strong and Lean Challenge today! 💪

It was great!

I must say, I have done those challenges several times. But, today, I did it with heavier weights!! 💪 I felt stronger than the times before!

Also, I had more balance during the single leg deadlifts! Those are hard for me but I managed and was more balanced than the times before as well! 😀

As for the hiit part, always a killer for me, but I am proud to say that I also see improvement there!

I did more jump squats in a row than I usually do, and I did the high impact all the intervals of them! I did more squat jacks than I usually do! And, I did the high knees intervals very well as well!!! 💪

Yes, I am strong and proud!

I will be checking in tomorrow with day 2! Let see if I see progress on my upper body too! 😊
