What is going on?

So here lately, I feel exhausted, and unmotivated. When I work out, it feels more difficult. I stopped doing intense HIIT and started modifying. I am only doing FBXT now.... where as I used to do 5-6 day programs. My care and "want to" has shifted exponentially. I know it is important- I have always incorporated fitness/nutrition into my life- it was really my main passion-and now a days, I just feel blah. Has anyone out there gone through this? I had some small changes , I started college this year at 35 years old, and took on 3 classes. It did change my schedule up a bit....but now that it is over I still can't find that energy to do more.
