Hello, does anyone else get those days when their stomach is a bottomless pit? Its like no matter what or how much you eat your stomach or mind just isnt satisfied!!

Today is one of those days, I'm going to embrace it and be back to my normal self tomorrow! It doesn't happen often but when it does I'll treat the day as a cheat day and move on :)
