Morning Workouts

Hey everyone!

I have a question for those who get their workout complete in the mornings. I've got a few day off next week and would love to try some morning workouts, but I don't know when the best timing is in terms of working around a meal. Should it be first thing after waking up, before breakfast or sometime between breakfast and lunch? Does anyone have blood sugar dips by working out before breakfast?

I would love to hear what everyone personally likes to do!
