7 Months Postpartum w/ 2 Littles & Working Full-time. Need Advice On Getting Back on Track.

Hi FB fam! Before I had my babies, I was in good shape and worked out regularly with FB. After back to back pregnancies, I'm practically obese now and need to lose 60 lbs. ASAP because my joints are hurting and I just feel awful. I literally do not stop from the time I get home from work until bedtime around 10pm and I feel tired all the time. I need some tips on how I can get back to myself again. My husband works all the time and I have no family nearby, so the brunt of the child care and household chores fall onto me. I'm losing hope. Any advice/tips/suggestions are welcome. Thanks! :)
