I almost rescheduled this workout because I wasn’t feeling up to pushing myself. It’s my first post here, and I am doing the FB30 trial. It’s late but I finished Day 1 and still had energy to do the extra 10 minute abs! Woohoo! I want to stay consistent and remember this will all pay off! I wasn’t in the mood to do a long workout, but it really didn’t seem to be that long after all, and I just focused on how I’ll feel after...Workout Complete! Felt awesome to finish Day 1!! I really want to get myself to feel better and believe in myself that I can absolutely do more to achieve better health! I want to keep myself accountable, and posting after I complete a workout is exactly what I need! I hope to stick around and keep posting! Cheering everyone on!
