I've been not working out much lately, maybe 1 or 2 times a week outside of my physical job and I'm starting to feel it, ie not sleeping as well, headaches. I told my husband to pick a program for me based on the ones I already had and he picked fb fit. So I went an ran a mile in the dark with a headlamp on a walking path this morning. I'm also going to try and get in a regular sleeping schedule which will probably help too. Hubby works late so I have a tendency to wait up for him at 11pm.
I know I'm rambling so I guess it's time to end this post lol.
