Hey everyone! We're almost halfway there! I just finished my 1000 calorie workout from week three so I might be a bit "behind" this week. We will see how I feel tomorrow. We have a nice lineup this week, including a long pilates workout at the end, and a 52 minute HIIT workout right in the middle. We all survived the 1000 calorie workout so these can't be that bad, right? Enjoy getting those workout completes!
