Weight fluctuation is dumb

Hey all! Just a little food for thought... over the holidays I stayed at a family member's house where there was a scale in the guest room (I don't have one at my house). The temptation was there to keep weighing myself over and over to "check progress" (aka obsess) and over a span of 48 hours I went up 8 lbs, down 10, and back up 2 more. I know a lot depends on the time of day, how much water/salt I had, etc, but I just wanted to offer a little reminder not to get caught up in those fluctuating numbers. How you feel and whether or not you're taking care of yourself is what matters... and the scale is not a trustworthy barometer of your overall health! Let's have a great week everyone! :)
