FBfit: Starting Week Six. πŸ’ͺ🏻

Hi Everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your workout completes! I am just beginning week 6 of FBfit round 1. This is my first program with FB. I am definitely seeing improvements in my muscle tone and energy levels. My legs are still sore from last week, but that’s a good sign I think. They feel stronger.

I am considering buying FBfit round 2 for the next time I go through it. But maybe I will just repeat round 1 again. For those of you who want to start the program with me, which should we do?
