No Workout Complete

Today I was scheduled to do lower body strength and I just didn't have the strength.

Since I shuffled the schedule of Burn Rd 1 to incorporate runs on Tuesday and Thursday it means I work out 6 days/week and every ~10 days the recovery workout comes around. I see it is scheduled for tomorrow. But today I decided to take advantage of my partner actually wanting to go for a walk! We went for about an hour and then I sat out on the patio with a new book for over an hour. To me that was recovery and I was still a bit active.

Tomorrow I will dive back in and do what was scheduled today.

Do I feel guilty for not doing my work out? Yea sort of. But did I have a nice day so far? Yes...and that is what matters :)
