Trying to maintain. Finding it difficult now that I'm done with the meal plan.

So I did the 28 day meal plan and successfully went from 142.2 down to 133.6. I'm 5'7" and an athletic build (Not at all petite or skinny by nature).

Anyway, I'm now off the plan and still trying to just eat what the plan laid out so that I stick to clean eating. I'm still learning. 28 days does not a habit make.

But...my son's birthday was this weekend. And so...cake. And out to lunch...and beer. And laziness the next day with too much snacking at night (hummus though! ....and wheat thins...:o/ ) Anyway...I guess I'm just looking for support? A little 'hang in there, Nicole! You will get back on track tomorrow! Life happens and we all have our cheat days...sometimes multiple.' lol. So...that's it for me. Just looking for some support while I am on this journey but slightly veered off into the breakdown lane for a couple of days.
