Afternoon snack and BLT Sandwich

Hello people!

I just wanted to share these delicious foods I had today that are both tasty and healthy! For afternoon snack I had a chopped banana topped with peanut butter and chia seeds that I put in the freezer for 30 minutes before indulging. For dinner I had vegan BLT Sandwich, using eggplant instead of bacon, on whole wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, red onion and vegan cream cheese. It was surprisingly good!
