So I’m a week late to Korse’s weekend baking challenge...but I was really motivated to make some bagels this weekend! We bought some black cherry-raspberry-blood orange jam, and I wasn’t going to put it on just any old bread! I needed something special! These bagels were relatively easy, and oh so delicious! I haven’t had a bagel in years, and these really hit the spot!
