Saturday Work out

Hiya everyone, hope your having a lovely Saturday! Haven't checked in for a while, still been working out but I'm 24 weeks pregnant so have been doing exercises which felt right :)

Today I did a 10 min Body weight Hiit with Kelli, all low impact, no jumping & modified as needed, & my own combination of lower body moves, with a low weight or body weight, & a long stretch after. Lots of water & breaks as needed.

Afterwards I made banana & cinnamon porridge with chia seeds, peanut butter & cashews :)
