Healthy Eating vs Junk Food - Adjustments

I got a new job last Friday, and because it doesn't have a cafeteria and they advocate for healthy living, I've been eating homemade lunches and eating fruit for snacks daily. It's been awesome.

Today, I decided to splurge and ordered a pizza from Dominos. Now usually I can eat an entire medium pizza on my own. Well...I was full after 3 slices. I was shocked! It's only been a week of eating well, but even my cravings have gone down as well. I'm just pleasantly surprised :)
