My husband and I took our dogs on a 5 mile walk over a week ago and my foot has been messed up ever since. I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with it but I don't think it is plantar fasciitis. It is fine when I get up in the morning but by late morning/early afternoon it hurts pretty bad if I put any weight on it. I'm just getting antsy and want to workout or at least go on a walk. I'm missing out on this nice weather! Just wanted to see if anybody has any advice on anything I can do to help it heal.
