I'm working in reverse this morning, and I'm going to start the day off with a post before I do my workout. Today will be a light stretching workout. Sleep didn't come easy in the last part of the week and I'm still feeling very foggy, but I still want to do at least something this morning.
Yesterday, I fell off the wagon a little bit and had fast food with the guys at work. Today, I'm back on the wagon and bringing my lunch, making sure I pack enough food today (I didn't yesterday), etc. I'm so happy that it's Friday, I could do with some sleep.
