Making the Difference

Today I got my period and I felt very lousy. The girls know what I am talking about :) My motivation for working out was really law and after four days working out hard I could have taken one day off. But nevertheless I've decided to do something easy, taking me only 30 minutes:

And now I'm feeling so incredible great after having completed the workout. It is amazing how only a few minutes could make such a huge difference.
