Day 3 and 4 FB Strong Check-In


Well I did my Day 3 yesterday but didn't check in so I am rolling that one into todays Day 4 Check in. My core is a little stiff and sore which means I must have picked the right amount of weight to use (though will probably push harder next time). Today, thanks to "leg day with Kelli" my legs are toast and will definetly be sore tomorrow. I am already looking forward to getting tomorrows workout done so I know I have a few days off from training. Ha.

Do any of you look forward to your days off as well?
