Super sore calf muscle

Hi all,

My calves have been sore since yesterday morning, and at first it was both of them. The right calf feels mostly back to normal now (still a little tight maybe, but not really sore anymore), but the left calf still hurts. It's even sore/tender to the touch, especially in a particular spot.

I can still bear my weight just fine and it feels okay in some positions. But it definitely hurts a bit more than I'm used to after a workout. Should I be concerned that this is a tear or some other injury? Or is it likely it's just a really sore muscle that needs rest?

I've already opted to put off today's FB Fit workout, since it was lower body strength training and HIIT. I figure I'll do some stretching instead and do that workout when the soreness lets up. But being the worry-wart that I am, my brain is low-key convincing me that I tore my calf muscle and I'm in trouble.
