Constant sabotage, whether it was a pulled neck or a 2 week long heavy cold, has gotten in the way of my working out and getting back to shape after surgery.
I powered through a sore throat today and did yesterday's Low Impact programme, which wasn't HIIT so it was ok to do. I have ONE more official workout and I will have completed this programme FINALLY. It will have taken me since 19th February to finish this 4 week programme, but it doesn't matter. I powered through despite big gaps, and I plan on starting Strong next week.
Sure, maybe I'm disappointed that I haven't changed my body shape yet, but at least I'm committing and being active when I can be!
Can't wait to be programme complete!
