FB Strong day 2 .... and what a beautiful creature in “our” gardens!
My arms are sore.... and it is not because I was working in the Tropical Gardens this morning! It was a very relaxing morning, weeding and clearing leaves, nothing major or heavy in super weather. So when I got home, I looked at my FB calendar and decided I wanted to have a go today. Upper body workout with Daniel, I lifted heavier than last time I did FB Strong. Felt really proud and happy, but my arms certainly aren’t happy 😱😜 I can hardly hold my book up....
Photo shows a little sand lizard that poked its head out and then just sat there waiting for me to photograph it! Such a pretty little thing!!! Weather must be getting warmer for them to show themselves, YAY!!!!
