Lack of motivation!

So usually i would workout 4-5 days every week and eat healthy not as strict cause i'm still recovering from my eating disorder but lately my motivation to workout is decreasing and i dont really have anyone to help me and push me to workout, especially with school its my last year in HS and i feel like my energy is being taking away during school and so i was hoping if anyone can give me advice or motivation? Thankss
